Synthesis and Dry Aerosol Deposition of BaTiO₃ on Gold Interdigitated Electrodes for Dielectric Characterization

This research investigates the fabrication of barium titanate (BaTiO₃) dielectric coatings using dry aerosol deposition. Synthesized ceramic powders will be deposited onto gold interdigitated electrodes and evaluated through microstructural and electrical characterization. The study aims to establish relationships between processing, coating microstructure, and dielectric properties.
